Two beatifull pools and gardens,private beach with plenty of sunbeds,great food-loads to choose from,daily activity with animation team (sometimes bit too push-y if u decline but overall ok).Super compfy beds and sun loungers!Best server/waiter Hoisin.

Food in restaurant very good choice and hot, friendly staff and good service.

We loved absolutely everything... from arrival to leaving.. the staff ARE amazing.. they make u feel like part of a family.. the only thing is and it's not just in the hotel but outside to..u feel pressured to give them more money.. i didn't mind but it makes u think are they being nice because you want to or for the money.. not every one is like that but some ... as i said everything is amazing.. I'd return 100 percent. The animation team is excellent too. Sam the jewellery guy is nice .. Alcheraf the waiter is always making sure we're good with drinks. And the activities are amazing too. I loved that there beach had cool water activities too.. loved that so thank you. Also the selection in the buffet was good.

The hotel is beautiful and in a very good location. Room spacious and very clean. Very nice pools both outdoor and indoor. Excellent SPA/Fitness centre. Loved the constant supply of detox water and fresh juices around the bar area. Reception staff very helpful and charming. Room service excellent - room always smelled beautifully. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

I had an amazing time during my stay. The room size was considerable big for 1 person, it was very clean and well decorated too. I have been to different resorts but, so far, this was the best one. Very sophisticated, modern, spacious and comfortable. The pool was amazing too... I only used the indoors but, the outdoors seems to be great with a lot of space around. The staff was amazing and very professional. House keepers always very polite and friendly. Mrs Rafika and Mr Bassein from Reception were very kind, friendly and paid all attention to every details. They made me fell very comfortable and thus, my stay was very pleasant. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by Mr Bussein in a very professional manner which made me fell good . Mrs Rafika was always prompt to help with anything I needed from booking taxi, provide information etc... Overall, the service provided was excellent. I highly recommend this resort and I'll definitely go back and stay longer. Thank you for providing such outstanding service.
